Cancellation policy:

All appointment bookings are subject to a cancellation policy, which may be waived at the discretion of the Clinic Manager. Any Cancellations made 24 hours in advance of the appointment have no cancellation charge.

Otherwise any spa cancellation or non-attendance is subject to the full cost of the treatment.
